Lifeboat week
Another resounding success. Lifeboat Week was enjoyed
by a huge number of people who supported all the events. Well done to all concerned.
Our brand new lifeboat, a Tamar, is due to arrive in Portpatrick on Tuesday
8th November 2011. It is called John Buchanan Barr.
Come to the Port and welcome
her home.
Next year's
Lifeboat Week will start on Sunday 29th July finishing on Saturday 4th August 2012
Folk Festival
Another
great weekend.
Hopefully if we can raise enough funding, next year's Folk Festival
will be held on first weekend in Sept 2012. See you there.
